FlashFlex®
The FlashFlex family of 8-bit microcontrollers (MCU) includes a wide range of devices so that designers can choose the optimal blend of features, performance and ease of implementation. The family includes devices with extremely small package sizes and low power consumption, making them ideal for mobile and space-constrained applications. With up to 72 KBytes of on-chip SuperFlash® nonvolatile flash memory cells, the FlashFlex devices support In-System Programming (ISP) and In-Application Programming (IAP). Each FlashFlex MCU uses the 8051 instruction set and is pin-for-pin compatible with standard 8051 MCU devices.
